Set up fee schedules

Define recurring common fees and how they are calculated.

Create a fee schedule

  1. Open Finance → Fee schedules.
  2. Click New schedule and name the fee.
  3. Choose how it is calculated — flat, per area, or per unit.
  4. Set the billing cycle and save.
Fee schedules feed invoice generation, so set them up before your first billing run.
