Read attending ownership against the whole property, project the quorum view, then open voting item by item or all at once.

The overview dashboard

The overview shows how many people registered and attended. The number that decides whether you may open the meeting is the attending ownership ratio measured against the whole property, which must exceed 25%.
Attendees without voting rights — units in arrears on common fees, for instance — still attend and are listed separately here. Once voting starts, each item shows the percentage who voted against total attendance.
The quorum presentation

“Present” on the overview projects the full attendance picture for the room, covering those with and without voting rights. If attending ownership is below one quarter, the screen says the meeting cannot be opened.
Extraordinary general meetings skip the quorum check, so they can be opened without reaching 25%.
Opening the meeting
Three routes move a meeting from Invited to Open: the overview once quorum is met, the Manage meeting menu, or the attendee list.
Opening voting

Voting can only open after the meeting is open. Use “Open all voting” for every item at once, or flip each item's switch individually.

With an item open, click Vote to record a ballot, either by scanning the answer's barcode or QR code, or by keying just the digits after the dash. Units registered together record their votes together.
House numbers, ownership ratios and voting rights are locked once the meeting opens. Check them before you click.
