Add, suspend and look after the accounts on your property

- Go to Settings → Users
- Tap Add user and enter their name and email
- Pick the role they should hold (see Roles & permissions)
- Suspend or restore an account from its own menu
Suspend rather than delete when someone leaves: access stops immediately, but their activity history stays auditable.
