  1. Open My unit
  2. Check the unit number, area and occupancy status
  3. Review the co-residents registered to the unit
  4. Add or remove a co-resident by filing a request with the juristic office
Occupancy changes take effect only after the juristic office approves them — including for gate access and parcel collection.
