Decide who can see and do what across the property

Roles and permissions

  1. Go to Settings → Roles and permissions
  2. Pick a role to edit, or create a new one
  3. Tick the permissions that role should hold, grouped by feature
  4. Assign the role to each person on the Team page
Narrowing a role takes effect immediately for everyone holding it. Check before saving that you have not removed a permission the day-to-day work depends on.
