Import invoices

Load many invoices from a spreadsheet — opening balances, or one-off charges.

Import invoices from a file

  1. Go to Issue invoices → Import and download the template.
  2. Fill in the required columns: unit number, income code, amount, due date.
  3. Upload the file. Rows that fail validation are listed before anything is saved.
  4. Fix the flagged rows, then confirm to issue the whole file.
Always start from the downloaded template. A file with reordered columns is rejected whole, not row by row.
