Enter monthly water and electricity readings so usage-based charges bill correctly.

Record meter readings

  1. Go to Invoice settings → Meter readings and pick the month.
  2. Enter this month's reading per unit; the previous reading is filled in for you.
  3. Check the calculated consumption — units far from their own average are flagged.
  4. Save, and the amounts are ready for that cycle's invoices.
Readings lock once the cycle is invoiced. Void the invoice first if a correction is needed.
