Manage Portal permissions
Set what Portal users can do — separate from their PMS permissions.

Set Portal user permissions
- Go to RBAC → Portal permissions.
- Choose the property whose permissions you are setting.
- Create roles and tick the permissions each one needs in Portal.
- Assign roles, then confirm each user sees only the properties they are responsible for.
Portal permissions are independent of PMS permissions. Anyone working in both systems needs granting in both.
